Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprint and interpret drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines following standard work.
• Ensure safety and quality by following HSE standards.
• Meet cycle times and production goals.
• Identify non-conforming material and escalate when needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with skilled trades to address equipment issues.
