Job summary

Stack Metallurgical Services, LLC is seeking operators for Premier West Coast Heat Treater with day and night shifts. An additional $2.00/hour is paid for night shifts. No prior education or experience is required; training provided to follow job cards, QA and shop floor procedures.

Responsibilities include grinding, hardness testing, loading racks, and preparing pallets for shipping while maintaining 5S standards and attendance. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Reads, follows and completes job cards accurately.
• Operates grinding equipment.
• Performs hardness testing on orders.
• Follows QA and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
• Trains and follows 5S guidelines; cleans and organizes per 5S schedule.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Overtime may be required to cover shifts/workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment to process parts.
• Perform hardness testing on orders and record results.
• Rack, string and hang parts as needed during processing.
• Set up and break down loads and prepare pallets for shipping.
