Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, calibration of temperature sensors, and teamwork with operations and engineering to improve reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining heat-treating equipment, industrial furnaces, ovens, or heavy manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and industrial safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain heat-treating furnaces, ovens, burners, drives, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and heat-treatment equipment.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain temperature-control instrumentation and sensors.
• Follow all plant safety procedures, environmental regulations, and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
