Pentair plc is hiring for a 1st shift Heat Pumps Assembly position in Sanford, NC. You will assemble components, use the proper tools, verify parts against BOM and Pick List, and ensure each unit passes testing and quality standards.

You will also assist in safe packing, follow 5S practices, and train new team members as needed. The role demands attention to detail, familiarity with assembly and packing, and ability to rotate through tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble the main unit using provided tools and read BOM & Pick List.
• Test finished units to verify proper operation and quality.
