Qualifications

• Able to stay on your feet throughout the day.
• Production experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.
• Full-time, on-site role in our production facility (Fredericktown, PA).

Responsibilities

• Operate professional heat press equipment.
• Apply DTF transfers, vinyl, patches, and specialty graphics.
• Decorate shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and team apparel.
• Prep garments and organize production runs.
• Fold, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Help maintain quality and production speed.
• Work alongside a fast-moving production team.
