Job summary

SpeedPro Phoenix is seeking a part-time Operator to work on on-site apparel projects using heat press, embroidery and DTF printers. The role includes selecting colors, threads, fabrics, and performing routine machine maintenance while troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities include producing customer orders with on-site designer, verifying specs, and maintaining a clean workspace. Training provided; experience in the industry is preferred. 20–30 hours per week; on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel printing industry preferred.
• Part-time role with potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heat Press, Embroidery and DTF equipment.
• Verify product specs, colors and quantities.
• Upload print files with on-site designer and ensure correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and inventory.
• Provide high-quality embroidery by monitoring production processes.
