Job summary

GALLS, LLC is seeking a production associate to support garment prep, embroidery, emblem application, auditing, engraving, heat-press processes, and related value-added services in our fast-paced warehouse. You will use multiple industrial machines, follow precise work instructions, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

You must read English, lift up to 50 pounds, and meet daily production goals while staying safe and accurate.

Qualifications

Read English and follow directions on order tickets.
Experience in VAS/Tailor shop functions is preferred.
Basic computer skills; ability to learn GQ software.
Good manual dexterity and accuracy for production tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shift.
Work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Perform VAS-related functions such as garment prep, sewing, embroidery, emblem application, auditing, engraving, heat press, or cutting.
Operate sewing, embroidery, engraving, and heat press machines.
Follow work instructions with correct product details and placements.
Monitor machines for defects and maintain quality standards.
Follow SOPs and communicate delays or issues affecting on-time delivery.
Maintain daily production requirements and clean workspace.
Audit finished work against order tickets for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain internal productivity logs and support other tasks as needed.
Adhere to safety standards and preventative maintenance protocols.
