M+A Matting in Dalton, GA is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a physically demanding, hands-on manufacturing role. This position involves frequent heavy material handling, operating industrial Heat Press machinery, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Applicants should be prepared for heavy lifting (25–80 lbs), standing for long periods, and hot conditions in a non-climate-controlled plant.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and repeatedly.
• Attention to safety protocols and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding production duties, including frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling industrial materials.
• Load and feed materials into industrial Heat Press machinery.
• Review production schedules and verify materials before processing.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet established daily quotas.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
