Job summary

BSN Sports – a Varsity Brands company – is hiring a DTF Specialist for onsite work at McClellan Park, CA. You will review work orders, observe specifications, and prepare the area to start multi-color printing during a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift.

The role requires color accuracy, following English instructions, lifting 15–35 lbs, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Base pay is $19.85 per hour, with possible overtime in peak season July–December.

Responsibilities

• Learn tasks quickly, work accurately, be personable, team oriented, and punctual with attendance.

BSN Sports – Varsity Brands – DTF Specialist

• Work Type: Onsite
• Location: McClellan Park, CA 95652
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• Shift Details: 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week; peak season July‑December may require overtime including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Base Pay: $19.85 per hour

What You Will Do

• Review work order, observe specifications and notes, and prepare work area to start multi‑color printing.
• Know or learn how to manually print designs and numbers.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press machine; make minor adjustments to correct issues.
• Ensure the press is kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per week.
• Maintain the press and work area during shifts, dispose trash and plastic bags, clean ink spills, clean used screens and squeegees by scraping off excess ink.
• Utilize all required personal protective equipment for personal safety and safety of peers.
• Learn tasks quickly, work accurately, be personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, lift 15-35 lbs regularly, and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
