Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, seeks an experienced Lacing Technician in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on assembling and installing finned tubes into heat exchanger bundles per engineering specs and safety standards.

You will handle mechanical assembly, precise alignment, and inspect assemblies to ensure quality. The position is full-time, in-person, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, HVAC, or heat exchanger manufacturing is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and secure finned tubes into heat exchanger bundles following drawings and procedures.
• Prepare tubes and headers by cleaning, deburring, and inspecting for defects.
• Align, position, and insert tubes accurately into tube sheets or headers.
• Attach or bolt bracing and air seals to the bundle assembly.
• Measure and verify fit, spacing, and clearances to specifications.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, and hoisting equipment safely.
• Report material shortages, damaged components, or production issues to supervisor.
