BayCare seeks a Heart and Vascular Assistant Nurse Manager in Tampa, FL. The role supports the Nurse Manager in supervising Cath Lab, Interventional procedures, and CVOR teams, ensuring safe patient care and efficient daily operations.

The manager leads hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, fosters quality improvement, and coordinates staffing and resources. Requirements include RN license, BLS and ACLS, Associate degree in Nursing, and at least 3 years in Cath Lab or similar setting;

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required from American Heart Association.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations within Cardiology.
• Supports Nurse Manager in supervision and team member issues.
• Performs hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Leads continuous quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
