NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Research Coordinator to join the Heart Valve Team. You will coordinate regulatory activities, oversee study implementation, and develop reports for investigators and leadership.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or health care administration and at least two years of project coordination experience in a research setting, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible project coordination experience, preferably in a research setting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; Internet applications.
• Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory activities to obtain and maintain approval for human subjects research.
• Oversee study implementation and regulatory compliance for assigned protocols.
• Develop reports and metrics for investigators, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and leadership.
• Provide guidance to study personnel on protocol requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Supports participant recruitment and retention strategies.
