Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
RN license issued by the State of California required.
Current UCSD BART or willingness to obtain BART within six months of hire.
7+ years of progressive clinical experience, 3+ years in transplant/ICU.
4+ years of formal leadership experience.
Experience with CMS/UNOS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the transplant program.
Oversee transplant operations from referral to post‑transplant care.
Develop plans for program expansion while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and optimize resource utilization.
