Job summary

Sutter Health’s CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate all aspects of pre- and post-transplant patient care. You will manage medical care, pre-operative assessment, post-operative management, and discharge planning, while educating hospitals, specialties, patient groups and the community about transplantation.

The role requires a California RN license, BLS and ACLS, with about 5 years of recent relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in California.
• Bachelor’s degree (RN).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of recent transplant-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of pre- and post-transplant patient care.
• Manage medical care, pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
• Oversee discharge planning.
• Provide education on transplantation to hospitals, medical units, patients and the community.

Participates in providing educational programs regarding transplantation to hospitals, medical specialty units, patient groups and the community.

Pay Range

Pay Range is $87.46 to $118.34 / hour
