Intermountain Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support ambulatory clinic care for patients with acute and chronic needs. You will assist clinicians, gather visit information, and communicate with patients through phone and in-person interactions.

Full-time role with travel to Heber, American Fork, Spanish Fork and Sevier required. Salary is hourly with benefits, education assistance, and career growth opportunities within Intermountain.

Qualificações

• Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant program or at least one year MA work experience.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy and PHI of patients and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under clinician direction and assist the provider with visit-related information gathering.
• Communicate clearly with patients via telephone and in-person interactions.
