Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Myrtle Beach is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, help them set and reach goals, and ensure proper form while applying heart-rate focused training concepts.

No degree is required, but a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited) or the ability to obtain one is essential. We value genuine connection and motivation in our team.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
