Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

There is a six-month track to become Head Fitness Coach with a pay increase. Compensation is listed per session ($30–$45) with bonuses for certified trainers. Qualifications

• No degree is required.
• Certification or ability to obtain certification in a national fitness program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in workouts.

Education

National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification
