Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts that are tracked by technology. You will guide members through sessions, motivate participants, and ensure proper form to maximize results.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain one.
• No degree is required.
• Must be able to genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections as needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs.
• Demonstrate proper usage for all equipment in each workout.
