This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best-in-class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is defined by high standards and discipline that ensure 100% Food Quality, Sanitation & Safety.
Proven experience as a Line Cook.
Ability to communicate in English, understand prep recipes, and line build procedures.
Apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions. Deal with standardized situations with minimal variables.
Attend orientation and complete all required training, including food and alcohol service certifications as applicable.
Stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate regularly. Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close, peripheral, and depth perception.
Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette smoke in some locations. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
