Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in San Diego is seeking Heart of House team members to help prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will work with managers and teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly, stock and rotate products, and participate in opening/closing duties.

Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required; all applicants must meet food safety standards and be able to work evenings, weekends, and late

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and positive attitude are essential.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications where applicable.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic are important.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.

What We're Looking For

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
