Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking energetic Heart of House team members to join our kitchen crew. You will help prepare great meals, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure timely, high-quality food for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a team attitude, willingness to learn, and respect for food safety standards. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required, and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications as required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Able to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen during every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high quality food.
