Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a motivated Heart of House team member to support daily kitchen operations and prepare high‑quality menu items. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work with a team to ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, consistent food handling, and collaboration with managers to deliver a great dining experience. Evening and weekend shifts are common, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and shifts past midnight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
