SBH Foods Popeyes is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart of House and deliver high-quality food with strong kitchen execution. You will own food preparation, standards, inventory, cleanliness, and safety while developing the cooks on your team.

Internally titled Heart of House Captain, this hands-on leadership role values pride in food quality, teaching others, and growing in kitchen operations. Join us to help deliver great flavors and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred; leadership experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail regarding food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with hot equipment
• Excellent communication and positive teamwork skills
• Ability to train, coach, and lead others effectively
• Willingness to learn and master all Heart of House operations
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Heart of House operations to ensure consistent, high-quality kitchen execution
• Prepare and cook menu items following Popeyes’ authentic recipes and standards
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, freshness, and portion control
• Train, coach, and support kitchen team members to build skills and confidence
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all kitchen and storage areas
• Manage inventory, food rotation, and product organization to minimize waste
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to address kitchen needs and optimize operations
• Support the team during busy periods by working multiple stations as needed
