You will guide program direction, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to drive outcomes.

The role requires senior clinical leadership, board certification, and an academic appointment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in clinical settings.
• Proven ability to design and implement quality/safety initiatives.
• Board certification and academic appointment as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives for the Heart Institute.
• Counsel team members on patient safety and direct the quality improvement program.
• Set annual/strategic goals with HI leadership and monitor outcomes.
• Develop educational tools with HI leadership and train staff.
• Review patient satisfaction and improve related strategies.
• Collaborate with informatics to optimize EPIC for program needs.
• Engage with CHCO Physician Relations and external stakeholders on materials.
• Enforce CHCO Standards of Behavior and accountability for safety.
• Support research/education missions and oversee morbidity/mortality reviews.
