Bridgeport Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the care team. The RN provides patient-centered care within our professional practice model, upholding safety, quality, and collaboration with the health team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold CT RN licensure, and maintain BCLS certification; BSN preferred and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed and currently registered in the State of Connecticut; Clinical specialty certification encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Practice in nursing care.
• Follow ANA Standards of Professional Performance in ethics, collaboration, and leadership.
• Provide patient-centered care within the YNHHS professional practice model and coordinate with the care team.
