Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care following ANA guidelines and YNHHS standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across units with effective communication.
