Opportunity Highlights

• Leading Inpatient Care: Manage a caseload of 5-10 inpatients daily, formulating and executing comprehensive care plans.
• Driving Outpatient Excellence: Conduct new patient evaluations and manage ongoing care in our outpatient clinic.
• Utilizing Advanced Clinical Skills: Interpret complex clinical data, including hemodynamic monitoring from right heart catheterizations and Swan‑Ganz catheters, to guide cutting‑edge treatments for Pulmonary Hypertension.
• Collaborating for Optimal Outcomes: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage advanced medical therapies, including IV inotropes and prostacyclins, and ensure seamless discharge planning.

Compensation and Benefits

The minimum base salary for this position is $156,249.60 annually. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market‑competitive total rewards package. The starting base salary is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) positions offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
