The Providence Health & Services RN Coordinator position supports heart program care delivery in Oregon and collaborates with providers to ensure a smooth patient journey from intake through initial treatment.

We seek nurses with cardiac care experience, Oregon RN license, and BLS certification, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a culture of mutual respect and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 5 years of clinical experience in acute care, cardiac ambulatory and/or cardiac interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate care delivery and collaboration within the heart program.
• Serve as liaison with referring providers and hospitals in Providence heart program.
• Support seamless patient progression through the continuum of care.

Conocimientos

BLS - American Heart Association

Cardiac care experience

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
