Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced Heart Failure CRNP to join our outpatient Heart Failure team. This position features no call responsibilities and a high-volume practice focused on Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension and Amyloid conditions.

You will work within the Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver state-of-the-art care.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• A Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
• Experienced cardiology CRNP

Responsibilities

• Join outpatient Heart Failure team with no on-call requirements
• Manage high-volume patient population with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension and amyloid conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary LVHN Heart and Vascular Institute clinicians
• Provide evidence-based care and participate in ongoing clinical research/trials

We are looking for an experienced CRNP to join our specialized Heart Failure team. This is an outpatient position, with no call responsibilities. This is a high-volume practice, seeing patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions.
