Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) seeks an experienced Cardiovascular CRNP to join the Heart Failure team in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid diseases, with no on-call responsibilities.

Ideal candidates are board-certified/board-eligible, hold a PA license in Pennsylvania, and bring cardiology outpatient experience to a high-volume practice within LVHN's Cardiology division.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
• Experienced cardiology CRNP in an outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension and Amyloid conditions.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary Heart & Vascular team.
• Deliver high-volume patient care with no on-call requirements.
• Utilize advanced treatments and participate in clinical trials as applicable

We are looking for an experienced CRNP to join our specialized Heart Failure team. This is an outpatient position, with no call responsibilities. This is a high-volume practice, seeing patients with Heart Failure, HCM, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Amyloid conditions. By joining the team at the Heart and Vascular Institute, you’ll be joining our team of innovative clinicians. LVHN was the region’s first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized as a center for performing complex mitral valve repair surgery.
