Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute at Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient cardiology care at our main campus in Allentown. You will collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff in a high-volume program.

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient cardiology care at our main campus, and largest practice at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.

Position Overview

In this role, the advanced practice clinician (APC) will:

• Provide outpatient general cardiology care
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Practice in a well-established, high-volume, growing program

Qualifications

• Valid License/Certification in Pennsylvania, or the ability to obtain one
• 3 years of experience as an APC in a cardiology setting preferred

Physical Demands

Depending on role and specialty as well as condition of the patient, this may vary and include light energy levels of lifting or carrying 25 lbs. through high energy which would include lifting 50 lbs., pushing and pulling and carrying items short distances.
