House of Hearts ABA in Florida seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You’ll follow treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with BCBA mentors to help kids thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians.
• Track progress using simple systems and reports (training provided).
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to every session.
