House of Hearts ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings. You will follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team and use simple systems to track progress with support and training provided.

Collaboration with families and teammates is essential to help children thrive. We value heart-led clinicians who love working with kids and are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain; guidance provided)
• Love for working with children

• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA team.
• Track progress using provided systems (training will be provided).
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help children thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to daily practice.
