House of Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in‑home and in‑school 1:1 ABA therapy in Florida. We offer flexible full‑ and part‑time schedules and a supportive, heart‑centered team. You will follow BCBA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to help children thrive. RBT certification or active pursuit is required, and there are growth and retention bonuses as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification for eligibility, or active pursuit with guidance.
• Genuine love for working with children and ability to engage them effectively.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA mentors.
• Track progress using simple systems and report updates.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child growth.
• Show energy, compassion, and consistent care daily.
