House of Hearts ABA is hiring an in-home/in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy. We offer full-time or part-time schedules and a generous incentive program designed to help you grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) and in-home/school ABA experience.
• Love for working with children and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Track progress using our training-supported systems.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
