Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) must be current or actively in process.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
• Strong teamwork and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using provided systems and reports.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child outcomes.
• Bring energy, compassion, and professional care to every session.
