Valley Children's Willson Heart Center is seeking a Program Manager RN to lead a multidisciplinary team providing expert cardiac nursing care across the care continuum. You will partner with cardiologists, surgeons and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, educating patients and families, supporting quality initiatives, and driving evidence-based cardiovascular practices to improve outcomes and access to care.

The Cardiothoracic Surgery Program, staffed by surgeons from Stanford University School of Medicine, is part of one of North America's largest pediatric cardiothoric surgical heart programs.

The Heart Center Program Manager RN plays a vital role in the multidisciplinary team providing expert nursing care for patients with a broad range of complex cardiac conditions across the continuum of care. This position partners with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, advanced practice providers, nurses and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality, patient centered cardiovascular care. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison for patients, families, and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless coordination of care in inpatient, procedural, post-discharge and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include managing patient navigation throughout the cardiac care journey, providing patient family education, supporting quality and regulatory initiatives, monitoring program outcomes, coordinating multidisciplinary care plans, and promoting evidence-based cardiovascular practices. The Program Manager is dedicated to improving outcomes, enhancing access to care, and helping patients achieve their highest level of cardiovascular health.
