Under general supervision of the Manager, Patient Care or designee and clinical supervision and direction of a licensed Audiologist perform a variety of duties including but not limited to administer universal hearing screenings as part of the routine newborn care, document results of these screenings, etc. Assist in compiling database of all screening results and enter all screening results into Electronic Birth Certificate (EBC) and update EBC as needed. Responsible for the coordination of the per diem hearing screeners taking into consideration weekend, vacation, holiday coverage and sick calls.
