Zusammenfassung

HearingLife is hiring an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Xenia, OH. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, perform tests, fittings, and educate patients, while growing the patient base and supporting the practice's financial goals.

We offer competitive pay ($70k–$90k) plus 6% uncapped commission on sales, relocation or sign-on up to $5k, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

Active license in hearing care per state requirements.
At least 2 years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years of industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Aufgaben

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services including hearing tests and fittings.
Operate and troubleshoot hearing aids, earmolds and related devices.
Grow patient population while meeting practice financial KPIs.
Educate patients on devices, options, and third-party payors per state laws.
Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care.
Maintain continuing education to meet state requirements.
