Lucid Hearing is a leading innovator in hearing solutions and is looking for a hearing instrument specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to join its dedicated team. This role focuses on providing hearing assessments and recommending appropriate solutions to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and recommend solutions based on the customer’s hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing devices
• Educate patients on device use and maintenance, provide demonstrations and information
• Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction with the assistive listening device
