Responsabilités

• Greet customers and offer free hearing screenings.
• Analyze findings and recommend solutions.
• Educate patients on hearing device use.
• Educate patients on how to use and maintain hearing aid devices, providing demonstrations and information
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
