Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team in Stock Bridge, GA. The role involves comprehensive hearing healthcare services and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Licensure is required per state requirements. HearingLife, a national provider with 600 centers, offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, plus benefits including PTO, health coverage, 401(k) with match, and CE support.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
• Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
• Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance.
• Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results.
• Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner.
