University Hospitals is seeking an audiology professional to provide supervised diagnostic and management services for patients with hearing, communication, or vestibular impairments at UHCMC in Cleveland, OH. The role includes participation in newborn hearing screening and assessment programs and adherence to PHI and department policies.

Under supervision of a licensed audiologist, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage hearing loss, document results, and troubleshoot

Responsabilidades

• Patient evaluation, interpretation of findings and treatment plan.
• Management/treatment of hearing loss.
• Documentation of results and treatment plan.
• Equipment use, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Projects as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.
• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain PHI for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
