Job summary

Beltone in Wisconsin is seeking a Hearing Care Trainee to train as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, supporting patients in Cedarburg and West Bend. You will participate in evaluations, fittings and education as part of America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ office experience preferred.
• 2 years’ sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and fitting of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage with the community.
• Engage in community outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.
• Deliver the Beltone promise and support patient care with strong communication.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty and respect toward patients and staff.
