Job summary
Miracle-Ear is seeking sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales and educate customers on device use and maintenance. You will complete comprehensive hearing evaluations and guide clients through the buying process, while pursuing state licensure to become a Hearing Care Professional. This is a base-plus-uncapped-commission role with training support.
The position offers standard hours Mon-Fri, with a pathway to professional growth and meaningful impact in the community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
Responsibilities
- Teach customers how to effectively use and maintain hearing devices.
- Deliver a superior customer experience.
- Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to office revenue goals.
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized product recommendations.
