Job summary

Miracle-Ear, Inc. is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to lead customer journeys through comprehensive hearing evaluations and tailored consultations. You will drive clinic revenue and community engagement with clinical excellence and top-tier customer service.

The role requires active licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist, with at least one year of related experience. Competitive compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions, with standard M-F

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• Minimum 1 year of training or related experience in hearing care.
• Proficiency with CRM and POS systems and MS Office.
• Solid knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing evaluations and educate customers on hearing loss effects.
• Lead device fittings and demonstrations and explain hearing health importance.
• Provide after-care services and personalized consultations for customers.
• Drive sales of hearing aids and accessories to meet revenue goals.
