Beltone in Tupelo and Columbus, MS is seeking a Hearing Care Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. We provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license, with sign-on bonuses for licensed candidates or audiologists.

Base + Commission | High Earning PotentialWe are a growing Beltone hearing care practice serving Tupelo and Columbus, seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our local market share. This role is ideal for a strong closer who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. If you’ve been interested in medical device sales, this is your opportunity — we provide training and assist with obtaining your Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Licensed candidates or audiologists are eligible for a sign‑on bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Entry / non-licensed: $25,000–$28,000 base salary
• Proven sales / licensed: $30,000–$38,000 base salary
• Tiered commission up to 12%
• Monthly growth bonuses
