• Interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and have an Associate's degree

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Recommend rehabilitative services and fitting of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community outreach.
• Call on physicians to generate referrals.
• Support Beltone's Belcare promise across the Nationwide Network of Care.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Uphold integrity, honesty and respect for patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work alone.
