Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to serve patients in High Point and Thomasville, North Carolina. This role offers a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 annually and involves dispensing hearing instruments with a focus on exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, fitting and dispensing devices, patient education, and active community outreach. A NC license or AuD with NC dispensing eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Engage in community outreach, e.g., refer referrals from physicians.
• Support Beltone's Nationwide Network of Care, Belcare.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Uphold integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof North Carolina _ OR _
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
