• Perform hearing tests for clinic patients.
• Check hearing aids dropped off for repair and manage repairs/returns.
• Check in new hearing aids for dispense and verify molds.
• Verify items for upcoming appointments and prep aids.
• Track dispensed aids and related charges/billings.
• Explain hearing aid benefits and enter data into the system.
